I’m a lapidary and metalsmith. I make jewelry inspired by nature and the beautiful rocks I find and cut. I’m a third generation “rock hound” and find joy in using some of the same tools my father used when he cut and polished rocks to set in jewelry. The name of my business comes from conversations with my father when I was a little girl. We would find rocks, then discuss whether the rock was “pretty enough to go in a jewelry box” and I would sort the pretty rocks into a little jewelry box he gave me.
